Until a couple of decades ago, hot showers were a luxury that only a fraction of the population could afford, but over the years it has changed and today there are far more hot water in their homes. Therefore, the excellent habit of cold showers has been lost, and so all the important benefits from it.

Cold shower can have a positive impact both on your mood and energy. It triggers the brain, awakens the body and increases your energy. When the nerve endings of the body feel the cold, your heart begins to beat faster and stimulates faster breathing. It effects your mood also, you become happier and more effective with your work.
The sudden cold causes us to secrete endorphins, therefore lowering our stress levels. Enduring the cold water also trains both discipline and willpower. In a research study, it turned out that the subjects who showered cold had fewer days off from work. The researchers believed that this was partly due to an increased ability to bite the bullet.

A cold shower could be perfect for someone who are sick frequently or have a problem with their blood pressure. The immune system becomes stronger. The blood is distributed from the skin to your internal organs to keep them warm, the body simply warms itself from within. Better circulation can contribute to lowered blood pressure.
I would recommend this, I have tried it for a month the benefits are infinite. I think you need to try it to understand how powerful it could be. It is also better for the economy.
